We offer domestic shipping at cost through all major shipping carriers! We do not have a standard international shipping package but please call us or email us if you require international shipping and we can work something out.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Meta Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and Venmo through our secure online checkout system.
In addition to those, we also accept cash in our brick & mortar locations. We do not accept personal checks.
Of course, you can also always pay with your Bay Club physical or digital gift card as well!

Please call us during business hours and we will make every effort to modify or cancel orders, but note that we may not always be able to modify/cancel, depending on timing.

Will I have to pay sales tax on online orders?
It depends what state your order is being shipped to. Taxes are calculated by state and local tax laws, and are subject to change as online sales tax legislation evolves.
When will my order ship?
Shipment timelines for orders can vary. Our standards are below but are not guaranteed. Please call us for specific requirements and we will do our best to accommodate.
Orders placed by 1pm Eastern will typically ship out that same day if all items in the order are coming from the same
location. Orders placed after 1pm Eastern, or that contain items in multiple locations, will typically ship within 7 business days.

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?
No, sorry! Major shipping carriers will only accept shipments to a valid street address. They do not deliver to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) addresses, or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. Entering one of these address types at checkout may delay your order, since we’ll have to contact you for an alternate shipping address in order to send it out.
